New species of pseudoscorpion found in a Colorado cave

A unique pseudoscorpion, discovered in 2008 by caver and biologist David Steinmann in a cave near the Boulder Flatirons, has now been officially confirmed as a new species. Steinmann named the species Larca boulderica after the city in which it was discovered. It is now the sixth North American cave-adapted species of Larca genus.
